Comprehensive meal and lifestyle plans created by qualified Nutritionists to support Holistic Practitioners and their clients. By Practitioner referral only, our aim is to encourage client compliance by producing a bespoke and practical offering, taking into account targeted health outcomes, existing medications, lifestyle constraints and client mobility. As a Practitioner, you get to focus on your client while we focus on comprehensive dietary solutions.

The Mastication Co. believes that everybody is capable of a life full of joy, gratitude,
and good health, but also understand the difficulty and vulnerability for those
dealing with gradual or sudden changes to their lifestyle, such as not having enough time for self-care, changes to your body and routine through the pregnancy and postpartum periods, being in chronic pain or suffering with an ongoing illness.
The Mastication Co. aims to remove the overwhelm for their Clients by providing a complete dietary solution, flexible enough to suit a range of needs.

In a market heavily saturated with food fads and nutrition hype, we understand the

The Mastication Co. also believe that the holistic health industry is in need of a meal and catering plan solution where Health & Wellness Practitioners, any Practitioner qualified to offer nutrition advice, can have complete confidence in prescribing a dietary solution specific to their Clients unique requirements.
From short programmed cleanses to four and six month transformational diets, we offer each individual a unique solution by incorporating existing supplement regimes, medications, allergies and aversions to particular foods. Daily lifestyle and activity recommendations are enouraged in easy to follow protocols designed specifically to the individual, and a dual approach to reaching wellness targets is encouraged via scheduling and maintenance of regular one-on-one consultations.
The Mastication Co. is a Nutritionist owned and operated business, recently relocating from Northern N.S.W. & Gold Coast regions to Brisbane. The Mastication Co. was developed for those requiring hands-on assistance towards achieving and maintaining their health and wellness goals, and also to offer fellow Practitioners a meal delivery solution to support their Clients' goal strategies and compliance.
We've recently launched our new Pre & Postpartum meal delivery service, Mother Nurture, to continue supplying expecting and new mums a nutritious meal delivery service, designed to support mum, bub and their growing families during this transitional time.
Service areas: Brisbane to Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Tweed Heads to Byron Bay and Lismore zones. We also dispatch to Sydney Metro & Melbourne Metro addresses every two weeks and hope to be expanding our reach over time.
