VEGETARIAN/VEGAN MENU OPTIONS FOR APRIL, 2020:
- A Dinner of Dahls, Chapatis & Fragrant Rice – serves 6-8.
A trio of dahls – makhani dahl, red lentil & coconut dahl and yellow dahl w/spinach work wonderfully well together and have that WOW factor when serving. Served with aromatic baked rice, cooling cucumber & mint salad and warm chapatis, this complete meal is a total crowd pleaser. (VGN & GF available upon request.)
- Lentil Bolognese w/Wholewheat spaghetti & Leafy greens – serves 4-6.
This Bolognese sauce makes for absolute comfort food! A base of mushrooms and eggplant slow cooked and reduced in a thick tomato based sauce, with the addition of lentils, even the fussiest meat eaters will feel satisfied after devouring this tasty vegan dish! (DF/VGN. G/F available upon request)
- Curried Chickpea pie w/Sweet Potato topper & wilted greens – serves 4-6.
All the flavours… all the feels! A wonderfully aromatic creamy coconut curry melded with sweet potato mashed topper and baked to chewy perfection, this is a hit for the whole family and comes with a healthy side of greens to perfectly complement your family dinner! (GF/DF/VGN)
- Chinese Eggplant, Quinoa & Ginger in Dashi Broth w/Silken Tofu – serves 4-6.
A wonderfully macronutrient balanced umami flavoured dish perfect for the cooler months. (GF/DF. VGN available upon request)
- Cornish Pasties in Chickpea Pastry w/BBQ Sauce & Leafy Greens – serves 4.
These brilliant little parcels of gluten-free goodness are a tasty way to get your 5-veg-a-day! Served with an homemade BBQ sauce and zesty green salad this is a fabulous guilt-free lunch or dinner option. (GF/DF/VGN)
- Cauliflower Cake with Cucumber & Dill Salad – serves 4.
If you like traditional cauliflower in cheese sauce, then you’ll love this modern take on an old classic. A cross between a crustless tart and a cake, this pretty dish is sure to please every palette. (VEG)
- Pumpkin & Chickpea Curry w/Brown Rice – serves 6.
Food as medicine and medicine as food – this super-healthy and super-hearty offering ticks all of the immune-supporting boxes! With a green curry base, super sweet pumpkin and nutrient rich silverbeet, good health is an added bonus to this wonderfully aromatic, creamy bowl of goodness. Served with brown rice and a dollop of coconut yoghurt, you’ll be bright-eyed for days. (VGN/GF/DF)
Meals are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. All meals are supplied with accompanying salads, sauces & dressings to ensure dinner time is complete.
Although we don't believe there will be leftovers, all meals are designed to freeze well unless otherwise specified in the description above. Each meal ordered will serve four (4) adults with a good appetite, or simply separate and freeze down in portions so you always have a nutritious option to grab & go.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Although we will aim to deliver your meal(s) on the requested day(s), some regions have set delivery days which can be discussed at the time of meal selection. Delivery is an additional $15 per order and will be added at checkout, however pick-up options are available - please refer to "Delivery Info"
