This diet is specifically designed to assist with hormone balancing from perimenopause through to post menopause.
Starting with a liver supporting cleanse, this pescetarian-style diet will assist the body during this transformational time, with a focus on rebalancing hormones and shifting stubborn weight around the midline. Recommended for a minimum of 2 months, however a 4 month commitment would gain best results.
Smoothies, juices, salads, soups and main meals are made from clean (organic where possible), seasonal produce, ensuring optimal nutrition, gentle detoxification and liver supporting.
